There are two different versions of the programme. The foundational program contains the full 12-week program with all the relevant content and functions. Access to the Sidekick Health coach is also included, supporting you through personalised messages sent through the app.
The 26-week programme is available to people who are on specific medication plans. This version opens two-way, in-app interactions with a health coach giving people the option to proactively ask questions. The scope of the health coach is on nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness. If a patient poses a medical question, they will be referred to their attending doctor.
No matter which programme your patients are in, both versions are highly-designed to help them manage their atopic dermatitis in the best possible way.
