How is the program structured?

Your Sidekick will present a new focus area each week, covering topics relevant to your health and AD. For example: improving stress and sleep management, improving eating habits, increasing physical activity. Each weekly topic is supported by an interactive lesson, missions, and additional program features to help best support your AD journey.

Your Sidekick will adapt your missions based on your progress, interactions and preferences. After the first 4 weeks of introductory AD-specific content, you can choose which topics are most relevant for you. The topics include sleep, stress, well-being, behavioral change, nutrition, and physical activity.
